This project focused on redesigning the shop's website to better communicate its warmth, craftsmanship, and local identity.
After analyzing usability issues, I restructured the information architecture around core user goals and adopted a mobile-first approach.

Visual elements—typography, color palette, and photography—were unified to reinforce a cohesive brand presence.
Through wireframe iterations and prototype testing, I enhanced clarity, navigation, and readability.
The final design supports local business visibility and strengthens user trust, demonstrating how narrative-centered design and thoughtful visual direction can create meaningful digital experiences, especially in a landscape filled with template-based, look-alike websites.
